I am teetering on the edge of 2142 retirement now. With EA having fooked up the third patch in a row (idiots released a corrupt installer to the FTP ) and also DICE seemingly fixed none of the server/client crash problems from the betas (and yes, there were three betas for this patch!!!11) I have moved on to CoD 4. Just as the Clark got it's 50% ROF boost too

hang up ya dog tags solider...its an old game now... kinda... well i mean altho its the year 2142 COD4 modern warfare is more advanced

The game was a firm favourite, but EA ruined it with their 'take the cash and run' attitude to post-release support.
