as some of you if not all know i have had a 24" widescreen monitor from acer since 2006, within 2 years it developed a fault, they fixed it for free, late last year it started to develope the same fault, the monitor is completely out of waruntee yet they were willing to fix it, so I sent it back to them again to be repaired. well I got an email saying they were unable to fix it and would either replace it or give refund. just got another email to say, they will refund it , all they needed was proof of purchase and bank details , it cost £575 at the time, can buy a prety decent one for that price these days  |
