Ask Para
Create a textfile called autoexec.cfg and put it in your cstrike\cfg folder. In this file have this
rate "25000"
cl_cmdrate "66"
cl_updaterate "66"

from what i understand it all depends on your system and connection..ect.. i dont understand much but what i do know is that when i start playing around with mine they get worse and i get loss and choke.. so now days i just leave them and just pwn as they are... i guess it would also explain why nemo never seems to miss me with an awp.. he tends to know what im doing before i do

Our server is a 66 tick so that's why I suggested 66. Obviously if it's struggling then they might have to be lowered but on a perfect server always match them to the server tick.
Use an interp_ratio around 2, since our server pings 35-40 (for me at least).
