Found this very useful
http://wp.tman.be/
they are xml files for waypoints to all the resource node in that area
these need to be placed in your waypoints folder
vista users:-
this can be found at USERNAME/appdata/local/funcom/conan/pref/LOGINNAME/Waypoints
XP Users:-
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Application Data\Funcom\Conan\Prefs\LOGINNAME\Waypoints
