1) download pbsetup.exe (from somewhere  ) and run it, following the instructions to update
2) Make sure you have all M$ updates (in particular DX9 runtime)
3) Reinstall
BTW path to bf2142.exe is something like C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\BF2142\bf2142.exe, lazy bugger |
