 was over the moon, got my car last week, passed my test this week BUT.............
its not tax'ed and i cant get it taxed till my log book comes through.
iv tried using the green slip provided by the seller on autotraider, and because the reg plates have been changed back to standard and the dvla have stamped it, the post office wont let me use it!
so im having to wait around till the logbook comes through so that i can tax it,
have also tried online and by phone, but they wont accept the green slip in theese services and they have advised me to do it at the local post office
meaning i cant drive for another few weeks yet!
 its realy annoying, trying to actually give the government money and their making it dificult to do so.....when have the government ever made it dificult to take my money

dont want to worry you or anything but is the car definatly legit, cause surly if he has changed the number plate the previous owner would have had to use the log book to change it?
