Basically puts all the control panel stuff in one easy to read place.

Make a new folder on the desktop and name it:

GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

Icon will change and it'll open a hoofin great list of settings for you.

Read that it works on Vista too though not reliably (hah - sounds about par for Vista then)
